The Soul steak knife has a handle made of fine olive wood. The blade of the Nesmuk Soul steak knife is made of a unique alloy, which is refined with a low proportion of pure nitrogen (0.1%). This makes the steel extremely resistant to corrosion; at the same time the steel can be hardened much harder without becoming brittle.
